Susan began working as a Courtesy Clerk in local grocery stores in 2005. In 2015, her current store was bought by Food City and her employment was transferred. She bags groceries, accompanies customers to their car, unloads groceries for customers, gathers carts, assists with store maintenance (cleaning, dusting, straightening, and vacuuming).
